We are only a ten minute drive from Pickering so we are the perfect campsite for the War Weekend. We welcome tents, caravans, motor homes and camper vans, and we have plenty of space for anyone travelling by army vehicle!

 

We are a gentle 15 minute stroll by the beck into Thornton Dale where you can catch a bus to Pickering. The journey is 10 minutes. There is a also Park and Ride scheme at Cedar Barn, which is a five minute drive from us. Three buses will run all day shuttling people between there and Pickering.

Why not dress up in 1940s period costume and enjoy being part of the singing, dancing, parades and re-enactments!
